How to clear stored extension profile details on the UCS login window.

On the installed PC navigate to the default file location: "%userprofile%\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files (x86)\ucs client"

Rename or delete the following files ( *** represents user login name )

***_flex.ini
***_gridstatus.txt
***_mfim.ini
***_profile.ini
mfim.ini
ucc.ini

In the same location in the folder named Database, rename or delete the following files:

Private_***.cds
RecList_***.cds
SchDial_***.cds

Restart the UCS client
