Any phones ordered through the cloud portal will normally be pre-added by Pragma however there will be occasions where you need to reassign a phone from somewhere outside of the platform.
To do this for a few devices the following details how to add them.

On the admin portal go to Device Management / Used Phone Registration

Select the Company you wish to add the device to and click Add

Scroll down the page slightly, choose the Model Name from the dropdown and enter the MAC address of the device.

At this point you can save the device or you can add additional devices by clicking the

Once an additional device is added you will also then get a which allows you to remove the device again should you wish.

Once you have added all required devices just click save to add them on.  Once done they will be available to select from teh Customer admin portal.
