Any phones ordered through the cloud portal will normally be pre-added by Pragma however there will be occasions where you need to reassign multiple devices from somewhere outside of the platform.
The platform provides teh facility to add devices from an uploaded spreadsheet and the following explains how to do this.
Go to Device Management / Used Device Registration in the Reseller portal and click Format Download
In the confirm box click OK to download an excel file that will allow you to add the devices.
Save the file to your computer and open it. Once open if prompted click the Enable Editing button.
Select the entire range of cells on the sheet by left clicking on the corner arrow.

Once the cells are selected right click over the cells and choose Format Cells
Choose Text in the list and click OK
Enter the device Model Number and MAC Address (One per row)
Once all devices have been added save the spreadsheet again
On the cloud portal click Upload
In the popup window click the Browse button, find your saved spreadsheet and Upload.
Once done all devices will have been added to the Customer portal and will be available for selection.
